A First Period Dr. Wall Worcester Teacup and Saucer decorated in the London Atelier of James Giles, with a sprays of European flowers within a chocolate brown circular line encircled by a garland of leaves and tendrils, within a gilt dentil rim, the saucer including a divergent tulip, auriculas and a yellow rose, the interior of the cup with mimosa, further auriculas and a chrysanthemum, the cup with double interlaced handle with acanthus leaf terminals, gilt with diminishing dots.

Marks: crossed swords and numeral 9 mark in underglaze blue to the underside of both pieces.
